For a hotel-to-airport journey, enter the full pick-up address and the time you want the taxi to collect you. Include the hotel name when it helps identify the entrance. For an apartment, check that the address includes the building number and agree where you will meet Samad.
Check your departure terminal with your airline or flight information before requesting the ride. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are separate destinations. This page covers Barcelona El Prat, airport code BCN; Girona and Reus are different airports. Contact Samad directly if your ticket shows another airport.
Choose a pick-up time that leaves room for the road journey, traffic, check-in and security. There is no single guaranteed journey time from every hotel in Barcelona. Wait for confirmation
You receive a private tracking link and an email acknowledging the request. Samad checks his availability, then confirms, proposes another time or declines. An acknowledgement is not a confirmed taxi.

Keep the details together
Your private page shows the latest status. A confirmation email includes your journey details and a calendar file. You can also open WhatsApp to contact Samad; messages still need to be sent in the app.

Official fares.
An estimate before you book.
The fare follows the applicable official taxi tariff. For a usual metered journey, the final amount is determined by the taximeter, with the relevant supplements. The day, time, route and traffic can affect the amount; an online estimate is not a fixed quote or a maximum price.
Enter your addresses and departure time once in the booking form. Review the estimated fare and journey summary before sending your request. Review the price details for supplements and exclusions. Payment takes place in the taxi, by bank card or cash; the website does not ask you to pay online to submit a request.

Landing at BCN?
You can also request an airport-to-city journey. Choose the airport arrival option and include your terminal and flight number where available. Airport pick-ups depend on availability and the applicable airport conditions. Wait for Samad’s confirmation and meeting instructions before relying on a pre-arranged collection.

Can I book a taxi for Thursday?
Samad does not work on Thursdays. For other days, each request is subject to his availability and explicit confirmation. Sending the form does not reserve a vehicle automatically.
Can you take all our passengers and suitcases?
Choose your passenger count and mention bulky luggage or specific needs in the optional notes. Samad checks vehicle capacity before confirming; do not assume a larger vehicle is available.
What if my plans change?
Open your private booking page to check the current status or cancel the journey. Contact Samad to discuss other changes. If he proposes a new time, review and accept it on the private page before treating the change as confirmed.
Do I need an account or an app?
No customer account is required. You can request the journey on the website and use the private link to follow it. WhatsApp is an optional contact channel; you can also call Samad on +34 632 354 400.
